Sharon's Philosophy of Life:

My philosophy of life is for all of us to always live in such a way that we are constantly mindful of helping others. I want to be in the habit of thinking of how we can help someone no matter what goal we choose for our lives. Even if your goal in life is to make a lot of money, do it because the more money you make, the more people you can help. You may never know what your help did for them, but you may have even created a miracle for them. When you see someone in need, try to help them. This will not only make them grateful, but it will make you healthier and happier, too.

 

Sharon's Message to Senior Women:

You have always blessed others by being an encouraging and self sacrificial person to them. Now, we can continue to bless others by showing them that they are never to old to choose to do something different and interesting and fun. Get up in the morning and make your bed and don’t look back. Look forward with with gratitude and a positive attitude for the day. Do some soft stretches and eat a good breakfast. Always think of ways that you could help others and have an active social life to keep you healthy.
